Deliver and organise all events and projects in a smooth and controlled manner, using the established event / project management process
Coordinating with event organizers to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned and coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all materials are created in time for the event.
Managing the budget for an event, including securing sponsorships and negotiating rates with vendors as well as Sponsor, exhibitor, delegate and stakeholder management and liaison
Effective on-site management and control during set up, delivery and breakdown for all events
Ensure robust customer satisfaction and impact evaluation processes are in place for all events and workshops and support the creation of post event evaluation reports
Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events.
Requirement
At least 3+ years’ marketing experience, event/campaign delivery across a range of channels, creative flair and mindset to ‘think outside the box’
Experience in departmental communications, marketing planning, implementation and control at a senior level
Communications planning, including analysing the communications environment, formulating campaigns and monitoring campaign effectiveness
Attention to detail, methodical approach, creative, innovative, customer focused and problem solver.
