Collaborate with manager to develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans.
Work with stakeholders at all levels across departments, offices, and countries to ensure communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with company goals.
Create and deliver internal content, including via Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, newsletters, emails, SharePoint pages, presentations, etc.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support crisis communications.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal communications campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in internal communications.
Excellent English writing, editing, and speaking skills.
Proficiency in a European language (e.g., German) would be advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural global environment.
Proficiency with using and tracking metrics on Microsoft collaboration and communication tools.
Online and offline event management experience a plus.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills an advantage.
Experience in logistics or relevant industry an advantage.
