Lead daily performance check in for social channels
Oversee the scheduling and posting of content across all social media platforms for Central Online
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of social media content and campaigns
Verify that all social media posts are correct and display properly across various devices and platforms
Troubleshoot any issues related to social media posts, such as broken links or incorrect image displays.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Compile and analyze social media performance data to provide insights and recommendations
Generate regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, CTR, conversions and propose solid, tangible improvement points
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of social media metrics including managing UTM tracking links to monitor the performance of social media posts and campaigns
Identify trends and opportunities to improve social media performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing social media operations for a brand or organization.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
