About the jobKey Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategy; build and implement a comprehensive customer growth roadmap to help the business achieve its revenue goals that can include various effort such as personalized marketing campaign, digital marketing, product offering
- Customers; take ownership for customer acquisition by identifying high-valued target, retention by keeping churn low and relationship by increasing CLV. develop customer persona that help influencing marketing activities
- Research and Analysis; leverage customer data with external data, identify the touchpoint and pain point, and use insights gained to iterate strategies and tactics
- Collaboration: work with the Marketing, Merchandising, Channel teams to represent the voice of the customer, share customer insights and feedback to inform decision-making an improve customer journey and mechanics
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experiences in customer strategy and growth marketing role
- Passionate about making customers happy: outstanding analytical skill, expertise with MarTech and CRMs, and inclination for problem-solving
- Love to be a pioneer, be results-oriented, have high standards of excellence and attention to areas of growth
- Previous retail and ecommerce experience a significant plus.
