Integrated Marketing Communications Manager

About the job

• Lead IMC strategy, create a development and execution for credit /payment and collection products across all consumer touch points, including traditional and non-traditional mediums: Internal film, OOH, radio , digital & social media in all platforms; Facebook, Google, Twitter, TikTok, Clubhouse, Instagram etc.
• Lead the planning and development of payment and collection products. Co-manage the advertising engine and media interactions tailored to consumer personas. Oversee branded projects and guide the creation of production materials.
• Develop creative brief that is accurate for communication purpose and complete criteria in order to inform and direct agency and partner creative development
• Manage agency freeze product budget and rigid IMC timeline management to ensure timely implementation
• Work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams, including content, connections, brand marketing, and customer marketing, to plan, develop, and execute comprehensive and strategic marketing campaigns.

Professional experience required

• Three or more years of marketing/advertising experience in a client site or agency role, with experience in traditional and non-traditional content development, off-line and online media including TV, radio, outdoor, online and mobile etc.
• Experience in IMC planning and process across owned, earned, shred and paid connections
• Experience in leading and partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams

Technical IMC skill required

• Creative concepts evolution: able to evaluate creative concepts an execute based on creative, Strategic alignment and customers’ impact
• Agency management: knowing methods or technical use and able to inspire agency performance.
• Strategic selling: ability to comprehend requirements and sell versions of work through knowledge of brand and creative strategy
