Position Details

Responsibilities:


  • Understanding the Entertainment Business: Essential for tailoring strategies that resonate with both the industry and the audience.
  • Monitoring Trends and Consumer Behavior: Critical for keeping content relevant and engaging, ensuring the artists remain connected with their audience's interests.
  • Strategizing Content: Developing a structured approach to content creation helps in maintaining consistency and maximizing impact.
  • Planning and Cooperation: Collaborating with other teams, such as Artist Relations (AR), ensures that the content strategy aligns with the artist's brand and goals.
  • Tracking and Analytics: Measuring the effectiveness of content through awareness, engagement, and growth metrics is key to understanding the strategy's performance.
  • Analyzing Strategy Effectiveness: Continuous evaluation of the content marketing strategy ensures it remains effective and meets the evolving demands of the market and audience.
  • Alignment with Business Objectives: Ensuring that the content strategy contributes to the broader business goals is crucial for justifying investments and efforts in content marketing.
  • Monitoring Traffic and Improvements: Keeping an eye on traffic metrics allows for timely adjustments to the strategy, enhancing its effectiveness in driving engagement.
  • Maintaining Consistency and Alignment: Ensuring that content remains consistent and aligns with each artist's development plans is essential for building a coherent and authentic brand image.
  • MCN Platform Management and Strategy Development: Responsible for constructing and managing the MCN platform, including formulating short-term and long-term operational plans. Oversee the overall operation of the MCN sector, ensuring adherence to platform operation rules, maintaining strong cooperative relationships, and conducting business operations efficiently.
  • MCN Industry Insights and Strategic Implementation: Possess a deep understanding of the Thailand MCN industry, capturing timely industry trends and integrating them into MCN management with a focus on artists. Keep updated with daily trends and emerging themes in relevant industries, applying these insights to strategies for artist selection and collaboration.
  • Performance Optimization and Creative Content Production: Monitor key performance metrics such as Cost Per Engagement (CPE) and Return on Investment (ROI), and analyze data to optimize content performance. Conduct in-depth platform analysis for potential artist development, and act as a creative force in innovating Live and MCN content that drives audience engagement and ROI through artist-centric strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Thai with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3-5 year of scriptwriting, copywriting or related experience from film/series industry
  • Strong portfolio of successful script doctoring or scriptwriting projects across various mediums.
  • Passionate about reading and writing. All forms ranging from novels, online novels, web-toons.
  • Strong passion for storytelling and a keen interest in the digital entertainment industry.
  • Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to exercise critical and analytical thinking while working with creative content.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.
