Develop winning brand, content and communication strategies across all channels for awareness, consideration, and conversion of True Business
Lead, execute, measure, report and improve content, campaigns and marketing activities across all True Business’s channels, including social media, website, email, event and beyond
Collaborate with external partners/agencies for a strong synergy between product and communication
Lead consumer insights and research, which includes gathering input and feedback from the sales team (such as customer needs, trends, campaign development, and performance)
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (primarily product management and trade marketing) and agency partners to develop campaigns that support product and service growth based on business objectives
Manage budget planning for brand and marketing communications
Qualification Sought:
Proven track record leading and executing successful campaigns from Brand to Lead Generation both online and offline (event)
Experience in developing creative social media content plans and strategies as well as associated measurement strategies and performance metrics
Experience in managing social media platforms and well knowledge of digital marketing
Articulate and skilled in the use of language, with a solid grounding in Thai and English
Understanding of B2B products and solutions
Storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex contexts into easily understandable messages
Customer-centric approach, adept at utilizing research findings to guide the way forward.
Strong ownership, presentation, communication, leadership and negotiation skills
