Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management:
- Responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) including responding to comments and questions from there.
- Create content that aligns with the organization's brand voice and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather content ideas and stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms by maintaining the TFT's tone, voice, and visual identity. Adhere to brand guidelines and align all content with the TFT’s values and messaging.
Manage Social Media Channels:
- Manage Teach For Thailand's social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers and engagement.
Content Performance Analysis
- Monitor social media trends and analyze content performance then come up with the insights to improve performance.
Apply if you have:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, and campaign execution, and able to analyze social media data and trends.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
