What would I do as a Social Media Content Creator ?

• Be the main contact point with the clients you work with.
• Onboard your clients and ensure they have a great experience working with us.
• Research and understand your clients' products or services, branding, and audiences.
• Develop Social Media content pillars to help your clients achieve their goals.
• Present your ideas internally and to your clients, refining them based on feedback.
• Create a shared content calendar for your clients to track content.
• Lead the content execution process, including planning and managing outsourced production.
• Conduct both onsite and offsite shoots, attending client events to create content.
• Edit content and provide clear briefs to video editors and graphic designers if needed.
• Schedule and post content with your written captions on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Engage with and help build our clients' communities on Social Media.
• Find and collaborate with influencers.
• Align with our growth marketing analysts to ensure you target the right audience with effective messaging.
• Create performance reports and provide insightful next steps to clients.
