The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and We are seeking a creative and motivated Brand Marketing Associate to support our brand-building efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies. The Brand Marketing Associate will work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent and effective representation of our brand.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Brand Execution:
- Assist in the implementation of brand strategies and initiatives to strengthen brand presence
- Contribute to the creation of brand assets and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
2. Content Creation:
- Collaborate with creative teams to generate compelling and on-brand content for various channels, including social media, digital platforms, and print
- Assist in the development of written and visual content that communicates the brand's messaging
3. Campaign Support:
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand objectives.
- Assist in coordinating campaign logistics, tracking timelines, and liaising with external partners or agencies
4. Brand Guidelines Adherence:
- Work to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Assist in educating internal teams on brand guidelines and best practices
5. Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide insights for brand strategy development
- Summarize findings and present recommendations to the team
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive brand representation
- Assist in building and nurturing relationships with external partners and influencers
7. Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand initiatives
- Prepare regular reports on brand performance and contribute insights for improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in brand marketing with a basic understanding of branding principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and can-do attitude
