Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•   Install, configure, maintain and manage servers, storage and operating systems

•   Evaluate and/or recommend procurement of servers, storage systems and software

•   Manages system/application environment and ongoing operations

•   Assists with developing tactical strategies, processes and procedures related to systems/application administration

•   Developing, maintaining, and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components

•   Providing support and technical expertise in Directory Services technology

•   Plan, document and implement changes per change management guidelines

•   Investigate problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions

•   Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures

•   Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities

•   Performing high-level root cause analysis in support of service interruption recovery, as well as creating and documenting preventive measures

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•   Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

•   Experience administering a Windows Server and Storage environment

•   Experience with implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting Linux environment

•   Knowledge of server virtualization technologies VMWare

•   Experience with MSSQL database administration

•   Working as a strong team contributor and providing technical expertise.

•   Excellent collaboration and communication skills

•   Collects and presents data for reporting and planning

•   Provide input into infrastructure architecture design

•   Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity & increase efficiencies

•   Develop and maintain strategic vision for the delivery of infrastructure system

•   Experience working in a corporate environment in a Systems Administration role

•   Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS, DFS, Domains and Trust, Sites and Services, Role Based Access Control

•   Microsoft 365 Administration

•   Linux Administration - Red Hat and/or CentOS

•   VMware ESXi, vSphere and VMware Tools 

•   NetApp Storage Systems and ONTAP OS

•   Microsoft SQL Server administration

•   Familiar with Kubernetes
