In this role, you’re expected to:
- Revenue objectives, P&L and returns on the capital deployed
- Up tiering engagement with clients and gaining market share,
- Increasing the product scope- launching new offerings, optimizing product delivery
- Ensuring best in class client experience while optimizing delivery channels and operations efforts
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and strong control environment
- Working with stakeholders across the country franchise, and cluster and global teams.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- 10+ years of experience
- Extensive years of client facing activity experience
- Previous management experience required
- Experience with credit approval process and risk discussions is desired
- A combination of commercial and analytical skills
- Disciplined
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
