Lead team to provide high quality service with a digitally approach and customer & agent centric focus.
Monitor and manage department services to ensure smooth operation within SLAs with the compliance of authority, legal requirement, rules & regulations, risks control, quality assurance audit and company’s policies and procedures.
Direct, advise and support team to identify opportunities for improvement to streamline process for cost and headcount efficiency management.
To be a transformation leader to drive changes and provide support for the successful implementation of both intra- and inter- departmental initiatives to support operations direction focusing on seamless digital experience for boosting customer experiences and engagement.
Develop and build a diverse team with knowledge in data analytic and digital trends for business process transformation with the alignment of operations direction.
Manage and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for the achievement of alignment goals and desired outcomes.
Monitor and control own BAU cost center budget spending.
Qualifications:
University graduated in BA, Management, Insurance, Economics or related field
Working experiences with life insurance would be an advantage
At least 5 years experience in management level
Fluent in spoken and written English
Good managing and communication skills
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, communication and change management skills
Financial knowledge is a plus
