Manage short, mid and long-term Women Healthcare portfolio marketing strategies in both hospital and drugstore channels
Develop Brand and Portfolio Strategies in conjunction with Squad including brand activities C budget allocation
Analyze and develop short-, mid- and long-term forecasts for focused brands
Lead annual Integrated Brand Plan development in conjunction with brand squad, review brand activities and evolve in 90 days cycle
Lead digital transformation of WHC portfolio marketing, identify and implement strategies to drive call-to-action, and tele-pharmacy
Design commercial programs that leverage opportunities in drugstore Channel
Maintain high customer focus through regular visits and analysis of marketing activation effectiveness
Effectively communicate brand/portfolio strategies with field team and top must win account.
Co-ordinate and assist field team to support target key doctors and hospitals
Ensure effective Squad collaboration for the benefit of the brand
Ensure field team activities are aligned with brand strategies.
Organizing scientific meeting e.g. Symposium, product presentation, booth exhibition, PR activities to create disease awareness and product acceptance
Manage brand portfolio as per brand life cycle
Training to field team on brand knowledge, competitors’ profile, handling objections, brand strategies, detailing brand with brochure or medical paper
Co-ordinate with squad team and cross function for any related issue
Stock Management including commercial, sample
Monitor production schedules for safety stock in each month
Lead market research development
Act as Brand Ambassador through internally and externally
Perform other duties and handle special assignments given by Portfolio head
Coaching associate Brand Manager on marketing capabilities and guide to develop suitable communication material to ensure the implementation of strategies within the channels
Ensure all activities are conducted in a compliant manner
Who You Are
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Medical Science, Master degree in Business Administration will be a benefit
Minimum 3-5years Experience in field teamor brand management in pharmaceutical/nutrition or healthcare companies, is a benefit
Experience in digital transformation
Self-motivated, energetic, and open-minded
Highly proactive and takes initiative
Strong experience with project management
