Lead Quality Documentation, APAC

Core Responsibilities

• Leading the daily activities of the Global Quality Documentation Team for APAC.
• Building a high-performance team focused on meeting the documentation needs of Ingredion’s internal and external customers through resource development, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with other functions supporting or relating to customer documentation processes.
• Working with Sales to ensure requests are complete and prioritized as needed.
• Interacting and responding to customers in a professional and positive manner.
• Meeting performance metrics for the Global Quality Documentation team.

Qualified Candidates Will Have

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in a science-related field required.
• Customer focused with strong experience in meeting customer requirements and expectations.
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of Ingredion requirements, facilities, products, and customers.
• Desire to build the skills of the documentation team.
• Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and coach teams.
• Effective communicator within and outside of the Global Quality Documentation team.
• English fluency, both written and spoken

Required Behaviors And Skills

• Proficiency in Windows software programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Experience in IPA and SAP.
