Leading the daily activities of the Global Quality Documentation Team for APAC.
Building a high-performance team focused on meeting the documentation needs of Ingredion’s internal and external customers through resource development, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Collaboration with other functions supporting or relating to customer documentation processes.
Working with Sales to ensure requests are complete and prioritized as needed.
Interacting and responding to customers in a professional and positive manner.
Meeting performance metrics for the Global Quality Documentation team.
Qualified Candidates Will Have
Mandatory requirements:
Bachelor’s or Associates degree in a science-related field required.
Customer focused with strong experience in meeting customer requirements and expectations.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Deep knowledge of Ingredion requirements, facilities, products, and customers.
Desire to build the skills of the documentation team.
Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and best practices.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and coach teams.
Effective communicator within and outside of the Global Quality Documentation team.
English fluency, both written and spoken
Required Behaviors And Skills
Proficiency in Windows software programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint.
Experience in IPA and SAP.
