Process Improvement Division Manager
Responsibilities:
Design, improve, and develop internal work processes, particularly within the Commercial team, to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and develop tools that support and increase work effectiveness across teams and departments.
Prepare data analysis reports and deliver presentations to senior management.
Create and improve practical process workflows, analyze issues, and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both within and outside of the Commercial department, to ensure all processes align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
Highly responsible, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks; flexibility to work outside of regular hours or during urgent situations when necessary.
Able to perform well under pressure, with strong communication skills including coordination, writing, and presentation.
Deep understanding of the retail business.Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a systematic problem-solving approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
