Process Improvement Division Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design, improve, and develop internal work processes, particularly within the Commercial team, to enhance operational efficiency.

• Identify and develop tools that support and increase work effectiveness across teams and departments.

• Prepare data analysis reports and deliver presentations to senior management.

• Create and improve practical process workflows, analyze issues, and propose effective solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both within and outside of the Commercial department, to ensure all processes align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.

• Highly responsible, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks; flexibility to work outside of regular hours or during urgent situations when necessary.

• Able to perform well under pressure, with strong communication skills including coordination, writing, and presentation.

• Deep understanding of the retail business.Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a systematic problem-solving approach.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
