Senior Manager – Portfolio Management

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and prepare financial targets and assumptions to align with management direction and corporate business strategy

• Define guiding financial ratio as a guideline for managing financing activity and measuring companies’ operational efficiency, liquidity, stability and profitability.

• Identify risk threshold and expected return on investment as a guideline for financial portfolio management.

• Verify the fitness and relevance of the investment plan in each business group and its proportion against group company strategy and financial target and assumption

• prepare and review performance management dashboards for all investment companies related

• review & write up key business opinions/ decisions for related board meetings

• Coordinate the Budget planning cycle of Dusit International’s overall businesses in conjunction with cross-functional departments

• Engage independently with a selected group of investment companies to maintain regular business updates and problem-solving they may have

• Engage with selected cross-functional project team members of larger investment projects that need close collaboration and monitoring of key performance & investment decisions

• Monitor and follow up key strategic operation projects in hotels & non-hotel businesses to ensure financial results are met (e.g., savings or increased margin)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Finance & accounting, general business or economics or relevant discipline.

• Comprehensive Financial analysis & business development experience with a minimum of 5 years at the managerial level.

• Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of finance and/or sales, marketing, and operation functions

• Have good English communication skills both in written

• Good computer literate, especially in financial modeling and reporting

• Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
