- Assist in preparing high-quality designs including concepts, mood boards, room layouts, and material/product boards to deliver high-quality designs to our clients.
- Produce initial sketches of spatial layouts.
- In-depth knowledge of joinery, furniture, and construction detailing is a must.
- Liaise directly with suppliers and contractors.
- Assist with FF&E research, sourcing, specification, procurement, and supply process.
- Attend site visits when required to foster positive client and contractor relationships and ensure projects are running smoothly
- Able to manage your own time efficiently and work among colleagues to tight deadlines
คุณสมบัติ
- experience working on high-end hospitality, residential & F&B projects (ideally 2+ years) is preferential.
- Have an interior design or interior architecture degree
- Have strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop skills.
- Being able to use Rhino, Revit, and rendering software is a plus point.
- Freehand sketching abilities
- Able to communicate in both Thai & English
