Role and Responsibility
Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos across various platforms (e.g., social media, website, internal communications).
Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to capture professional-grade footage.
Enhance video storytelling through the use of graphics, text overlays, sound design, and special effects.
Edit footage using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute video content strategies aligned with campaign goals.
Perform audio syncing, sound adjustments, and color grading to achieve polished and visually appealing results.
Optimize videos for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites) to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized workflows and meeting deadlines effectively.
Stay abreast of the latest video production trends, technologies, and best practices.
Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of video content.
Manage video production timelines and deliverables while ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Qualifications:
4-7 years of professional experience in video production and editing, preferably within a production house or digital content.
Advanced videography skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional camera work and storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and professional video equipment.
Strong storytelling, sound design, and color correction skills.
In-depth knowledge of all stages of video production: pre-production, production, and post-production.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing timelines and project requirements.
Familiarity with social media and digital video platforms, understanding the nuances of content formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
A strong team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
