General Responsibilities

• Lead Training & Development team
• Enhance Regional Training & Development projects
• Supervise execution of project initiatives to strengthen effectiveness of Training & Development organization
• Ensure marketing & sales integration
• Ownership & champion for Training & Development
• Ensure high quality and consistent business processes & practices
• Suggest any Learning & Development intervention program to enhance sales & marketing competency
• Develop train-the-trainer program or training associates, and provide coaching for sales & marketing personnel.
• Provide guidance in the design of monitoring tool for sales execution of marketing strategy
• Ensure utilization of COMEX tools e.g. SFA, Call Reporting, Customer Targeting & Classification, Sales Planning and In-Field Coaching
