Senior Equity Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of individual stocks and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) across various sectors and industries, with a significant focus on international markets.
• Evaluate financial statements, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors globally to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to assess the intrinsic value of stocks and REITs, including those based overseas.
• Monitor and interpret market data, news, and regulatory developments affecting the performance of both domestic and international stocks and REITs.
• Prepare comprehensive investment reports, including buy/sell/hold recommendations, for internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing insights from overseas markets.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, investment advisors, and other members of the research team to develop investment strategies and asset allocation recommendations, particularly those involving international equities and REITs.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in equity analysis and portfolio management on a global scale.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA designation or progress towards CFA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Equity Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing stocks and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), including overseas investments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and statistical analysis.
• Solid understanding of global equity markets, investment principles, and regulatory requirements.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
