Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and platform solutions that support the organization’s innovation initiatives and overall goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and platform solutions with other systems and applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to intermediate and junior infrastructure and platform engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in infrastructure and platform engineering, applying relevant insights to inform the organization’s initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies for infrastructure automation, monitoring, and performance optimization, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and platform issues, working closely with team members and stakeholders to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee and participate in infrastructure and platform security audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support infrastructure and platform team members, promoting professional development and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
