Senior Brand Manager - NIVEA

Your Tasks

• Take an ownership in driving sustainable growth of the responsible brands/products.
• Manage brand P&L.
• Monitor business performances, suggest and execute appropriate actions.
• Lead local strategy planning (Brand plan).
• Supervise brand manager to ensure excellent in market execution.
• Consistently monitoring and analyzing business performance, market situation and competitors for monthly business review meeting
• Own Marketing Budget for Thailand
• Own & Manage P&L performance
• Prepare reports to monitor / evaluate key brands performance
• Work with Media & Digital/ Agencies to get the right media strategy, consumer journey at the optimized spending level that deliver business’s goals.
• Partner with Digital team to drive Precision Marketing implementation.

Your Profile

• Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.
• At least 5-7 years experiences as Product / Brand Manager in multinational FMCG companies.
• Strong analytical, project management, strategic thinking skills.
• Active, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, creative, and good interpersonal skill
• Very good command in English both spoken and written
• Good computer literacy
