TikTok Shop - Marketing Analytics Specialist (Thailand)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Data Analytics and Performance Optimization:
- Create framework for data analysis, extract data, and report findings using suitable visualization tools
- Provide actionable insights driven by data to serve business goals
- Regularly review and analyze key commercial/marketing metrics to provide insights that guide decision-making for improvement
- Propose A/B testing and other strategies to continuously improve content effectiveness
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with data teams to create reports that can effectively measure campaigns and channel performance
- Work closely with campaigns and relevant business operations teams to provide insights for future business improvements.
3. Budget Management:
- Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to key stakeholders to maximize ROI
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field of study. Master's degree is a plus
- At least 3 years of work experience with a focus on business analytics and strategy
- Experience using other data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau or similar software is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in processing complex data sets using Excel
