Responsible for end-to-end social media plans and executions for key Grab services including OneGrab Branding), Transportation, GrabUnlimited and Payment in response to competitive trends and address business metrics. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities.
Connect and supervise agency and influencer for end-to-end amplification plan in order to support marketing and partnership campaigns and initiatives.
Responsible for social media budget and optimize for the most cost efficiency.
Work closely with marketing, key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work under timeline and budget given.
Qualifications
The must haves:
At least 3 years of experience on social media, marketing, or marketing communication
Education: Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Economic, Business, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration
Excellent knowledge and experience of social media platforms, social analytics and social listening tools together with a deep understanding of consumer insights, trends and media landscape
Passion for developing intrinsically social media content
A Logical person who also can think creatively
Exceptional copywriting on social media and marketing communications
Impeccable organization and collaboration skills while paying attention to detail
Proactive and adaptable for a fast-paced business environment
Relentlessly drives and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
Good command in Thai and English: Fluency in spoken and written English i preferred
