Lead and mentor junior team members, providing creative guidance and feedback.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for our agency and its clients.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
Create high-quality presentations to win over clients and sell creative ideas.
Supervise on production and postproduction processes for online and offline creative material.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an Art Director or a related creative role in an advertising agency.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and a keen sense of aesthetics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with project management and budgeting.
