Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Briefing of KOLs/Influencers:

• Identify potential KOLs and influencers for collaboration with Local Boys.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including outreach and communication with potential partners.
• Brief KOLs and influencers on brand messaging, campaign goals, and expectations.

Social Media Management:

• Support in the day-to-day management of Local Boys' social media platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages.

Assist Brand Manager:

• Collaborate with the Local Boys Brand Manager to execute marketing strategies.
• Provide support in organizing and coordinating marketing events and campaigns.

Who are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Proficient in creating simple posters and artwork using tools like Canva.
• Ability to design visually appealing content that adheres to brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with video editing for short-form content on platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Capable of editing videos to enhance engagement and align with marketing goals.
