Responsibilities:
Develop and implement e-commerce and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
Manage day-to-day operations across Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Line, Instagram, TikTok, and the company’s own online channels.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, customer service, fulfillment, and supply chain teams to improve customer experience and operational performance.
Plan and execute monthly promotional activities.
Increase traffic through marketplace tools and support performance marketing on social media platforms.
Monitor budget spending, track performance, and generate sales and operations reports.
Analyze consumer, product, and channel data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or digital marketing.
Familiarity with key e-commerce platforms and social media marketing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Basic knowledge of sales forecasting, promotional planning, and digital campaign execution.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
