Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns that align with the company's goals and values.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and manage the company's response to media inquiries.
• Organize and coordinate PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including social media and the company website.
• Prepare and present PR reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a PR role, preferably within a customer-oriented industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital PR strategies.
• Empathy and the ability to understand and address the needs of various stakeholders.
