Global eCommerce - Search Operation Specialist (Thailand)

What will I be doing?

- Content operation & strategy optimization on the search suggestion feature for the E-Commerce project.

- A focus on the quality and safety of the E-Commerce content, a deep understanding and following up of the business progress and helping on product function optimization iterations.

- Working closely with the supervising departments to optimize relevant working standards of our projects.

- Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above.

- Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content.

What should I bring with me?

Minimum Qualifications

- You are a fast learner with a Bachelor's degree or above, and strong proficiency in Thai and English as a working language

- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users

- Strong ability to learn and understand. Need to be patient and meticulous

Preferred Qualifications

- Learn about e-commerce search, familiar with e-commerce platforms

- Familiar with common office software, Machine learning project experience is preferred

- Assessment project experience is preferred
