Senior Associate, Performance Steering and Program Management Lead (Business analyst)

Responsibilities

• Performance Steering: Utilize data analytics tools to generate performance measurement reports and dashboards. Interpret advertising performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Market Analysis: provide insightful market analysis and translate data into actionable strategies to help drive business growth and report to senior management and business stakeholders
• Program/Project Leadership: Collaborate with regional team and local commercial leadership in implementing advertiser growth project. Coordinate with internal and external team to ensure effective execution. Monitor performance to adjust tactics as needed.
• Commercial Enablement: work closely with Commercial team to identify business issues and pain points. Plan and design new initiative/program in collaboration with multiple stakeholders within local organization and across regional stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field with a strong analytical focus
• 3-5 years of work experience in business analyst/business intelligence/strategy role or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skill with ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to lead project and manage cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Solid analytical Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MySQL , PostgreSQL
• 3-5 years of work experience in business analyst/business intelligence/strategy or similar role, preferably within Digital marketing and/or Technology-driven environment
• Experienced in managing a team as people manager
