Principal Accountabilities:
As a Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies and managing digital marketing campaigns. Your role will involve both offline and online marketing activities to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, drive measurable results and achieve KPI that align with marketing and business goals.
Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and Digital Campaigns:
- Deep understanding of IMC principles, with a focus on online marketing platforms.
- Employ creative storytelling and exceed KPI targets for branding and commercial campaigns.
- Collaborate with business units, creative agencies, media agencies, and internal teams to develop and execute IMC and digital campaigns.
Project Management:
- Create and maintain master project schedules, aligning with launch dates and milestones.
- Develop and manage a marketing communication calendar for campaign launches and testing.
- Refine schedules post-campaign approval.
Multi-Channel Communication Development:
- Implement traditional and online communication strategies & execute campaigns.
- Curate content aligning with our strategy, emphasizing engagement based on the customer journey.
- Oversee media and creative work, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
A/B Testing and Optimization:
- Plan and execute A/B testing for campaign optimization.
- Analyze results and recommend improvements.
Multi-Platform Integration:
- Recommend and coordinate additional platform integration (e.g., email marketing, SMS, LBS).
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration.
Performance Management:
- Define KPIs and metrics for campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor performance against business goals, track budget spending, and ROI.
- Summarize findings and provide optimization recommendations.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Advise internal and external teams in Analytics, offering insights for campaign reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's degree, or equivalent in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of integrated experience in digital communications, digital marketing, media planning, content marketing, social media, advertising agencies, brand management, or related fields.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and agencies.
- Lead growth strategies for conversion, leads, and profitability.
- Independently manage projects from inception to completion.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, even in high-pressure environments.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently with a self-driven approach, delivering outstanding results.
- Translate communication strategies into compelling presentations.
- Proficient in presenting complex ideas in English.
