YOUR MISSION:
Teamhead Marketing will help us promote our offerings, identify what consumers want, and own the brand across our multiple business channels. This role is to lead, plan and monitor marketing communications activities across the country to achieve brand and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders. This role will act as a key member of the PUMA TH leadership team and as a brand custodian, the person will be responsible for
- Signing & usage of PUMA Ambassadors & Influencers.
- Sports marketing management/servicing of sponsored athletes/clubs/teams
- Manage PUMA TH campaigns, product launches and marketing for all business units.
- All content across retail, e-com, social & digital platforms
- Driving traffic to PUMA’s offline and online stores, PUMA listings across ecommerce platforms to deliver on target sales to end consumers.
- Working with PUMA business teams and ecommerce/ media platforms to strategize, plan and execute all media spends for PUMA campaigns and performance marketing.
- Define and manage local marketing calendar.
- Lead and implement communication strategy within the country.
YOUR TALENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or Advertising or equivalent
- With 7-8 years of marketing experience for an international multi category brand. At least 3-4 years in leadership role.
- Leadership: 2+ years in matrix org.
- High level expertise in MS Office, Analytics and tech tool skills, social media skills, SEO & SEM
- Fluent in English is must (written and oral). Bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a plus CORE
