Salesforce Trainer
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs and materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
- Stay updated with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends to incorporate into training programs.
2. Conduct Training Sessions:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing salesforce.
- Utilize various training methods such as workshops, role-playing, simulations, and e-learning.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to salesforce as needed.
3. Assess Training Needs:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in sales skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with sales managers to determine specific training requirements for different teams or individuals.
4. Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of salesforce team to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from trainees and Asst Sales & Customer to continuously improve training content and delivery.
5. Sales Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to salesforce to help them achieve their sales targets.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and progress.
- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness for management review.
