Oversee daily store operations, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions to meets sales financial objectives
Forecasting and developing annual sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; recommending pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand to determines annual and gross-profit plans
Lead, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to store managers and staff.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with brand values and culture.
Ensure all stores adhere to Diesel's brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and operational policies.
Maintain strong relationships with the brand's principal, ensuring clear communication and alignment on brand initiatives and strategies.
Implement and enforce brand strategies and promotions as directed by the principal.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably within the fashion, premium fashion, or luxury fashion industry.
Proven track record in managing store operations, P&L, and team leadership.
Ability to manage multiple stores and work in a fast-paced environment.
Can-do attitude, result oriented, self-initiative, maturity and high integrity.
Strong English and Thai proficiency is a must.
Willing to travel nationwide.
