Oversee, manage and control day to day operations to ensure a timely and accuracy processes to serve customers for all investment product services. This includes managing complex and varied issues with significant departmental impact, providing evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations, driving initiatives to improve operating efficiency and productivity through process improvement by actively identifying opportunities
Cultivate the risk awareness culture by appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputations and safeguarding the Bank, its clients and assts, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Build and maintain effective communication and work in collaboration with all related internal and stakeholders (e.g., Business, Vendors, Group Tech & Operations, etc.) for investment products and processes
Monitor team’s performance and manage all training and development needs including conducting performance evaluations of team members as well as maintain appropriate staffing requirements. Ensure the standard operating procedures are up-to-date and reflect current operational processes and workflow
Experience required;
Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance & Banking, Business Administration, or related fileds
8-10 years of experience with background in Financial Services Industry (Securities Services or Fund Services related experience is an advantage)
5-10 years of experience in team management
Exposure for Fund transfer, investment products and Operations would be preferred
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectation of requirements
