Prepare office operating budget, commentaries, and financial projection which reflect financial impact and profitability measures.
Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data against the prior year and budget.
Prepare to debrief package for a management meeting to present the office's financial performance and position.
Prepare customized reports for sub practice group meeting to regularly measure practice group performance indicators, highlight trend and analyze causes of unexpected variance.
Prepare performance evaluation reports and proposal of performance bonuses and merit increase for all legal professionals.
Prepare billing rate proposal for new joiners and annual billing rate adjustment for all timekeepers.
Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.
Coordinate across departments to complete financial planning tasks.
Assist in any other Ad-hoc project as assigned by the supervisors and the Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
3 years of work experience in financial planning or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (TOEIC score > 750) and Native Thai
Excellent computer literacy, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; and experience in SAP is preferred.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities to meet deadlines
Pleasant and courteous with the positive attitude towards teamwork.
