Main Duties & Responsibilities

The qualified candidate is responsible for:

• Monitor daily transactions and monthly transactions between company reports and bank reports.
• Process settlement, void, refund, charge back for daily transactions.
• Prepare payment documents for customers.
• Contact with customers to serve their needs and get feedback.
• Contact other banks for keeping bank documents.
• Coordinate with other departments related to accounting documents and reports.
• Other assignments related to account and customer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in finance, especially corporate finance field
• Experience in FinTech industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge in financial background
• Fairly good command of written and spoken English
• High proficiency in MS-Excel applications
• Fast learner with good communication skills, high responsibility and time management
