Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Jenosize's overall business objectives, including a focus on account management and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives, empowering them to achieve their full potential in acquiring new clients and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to equip the team with the latest sales methodologies, product knowledge, and effective account management techniques.
Business Development, Client Relationships & Account Management:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across all Jenosize business units.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client accounts.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and securing client renewals.
- Implement a proactive account management strategy to ensure client satisfaction, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive long-term customer value.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
Sales Forecasting & Performance Management:
- Establish clear sales goals and quotas for the sales team, aligning them with Jenosize's overall revenue targets and account management objectives.
- Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline management system to track progress, forecast future sales performance, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, upsell and cross-sell potential within existing accounts, and areas for coaching individual team members.
Market Knowledge & Competitive Analysis:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Thai marketing and technology landscape, including competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs for comprehensive solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that differentiate Jenosize's solutions from the competition and leverage account management to foster long-term client relationships.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted cross-selling initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a sales organization.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and fostering successful client relationships through effective account management.
- In-depth understanding of B2B sales methodologies, sales cycle management, and account management best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
