Role Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of validated experience in a Market Research agency, Research Projects, Marketing team, or Consumer Insights role.
Research Expertise
- Proficient in using explorative and qualitative research methods to bring together valuable insights.
Research Knowledge
- Possess a strong research background and the ability to resolve best research methods.
- Skilled in research design, planning, and building actionable insights.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to write engaging and insightful proposals and presentations.
Leadership
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to optimally mentor and guide junior team members.
