Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within Thailand.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Forex market and crypto industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior members of the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the Forex market and crypto industry, including knowledge of trading platforms, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is preferred, but proficiency in Thai language is essential.
• Willingness to travel within Thailand as needed.
