Develops and executes sales strategies & activities, pricing strategies, plans and controls expenses to ensure sales objectives are met within budget
Create marketing programs for assigned territory to drive business growth and market expansion
Preparing input of monthly financial review, update risk and opportunity of sales performance
Conducts monthly sales reviews with team adjusts strategies in accordance with local, regional and global requirements
Products forecasting to ensure inventory levels are align with sales opportunity
Demonstrate and comply with code of conduct, ethics and compliance, policies and directives
Attracts, develops and retain high potential employee, recruits, selects, manage employee performance, develops the talent and succession plan
Your experience includes:
Bachelor’s University degree in business, marketing or healthcare related field, MBA or Master’s degree is preferred
10+ years experience managing Sales/Marketing functions in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in driving sales targets achievement
Strong experience working in the hospital channel. Solid understanding of local healthcare market and hospital hierarchy, application of business concepts, quality procedures and practices
Strength in building and maintaining customer focus and customer relationships
Proficiency verbal and written communication skills in English & Thai
Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving and planning skills
Ability to build and maintain successful and effective working relationships with both direct reports and colleagues within a matrix environment
