Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, serve as the main contact for inquiries and orders, coordinate with internal teams, manage sample requests and quotations, resolve issues, handle complaints, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Assist with administrative tasks, order processing, and account setup; coordinate with internal teams for delivery and billing; support CRM, sales reporting, and marketing campaigns.
Research and identify potential customers, conduct outreach through calls and emails, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and nurture relationships to advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
Stay updated on products and industry trends, and participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, track performance, address gaps, and provide regular updates on sales activities and market trends.
Seek feedback to identify improvement areas and share insights and best practices to promote continuous learning within the sales team.
You bring
Min. Bachelor’s degree in related areas (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service).
At least 5 years’ experience in Support functions with Customer interactions with business context (Multinational structures will be a plus).
Fluency in English, other languages appreciated
Excellent skills in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Internet portals.
Exhibit a positive team attitude, handle pressure and deadlines, and show strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
ERP and CRM database experience (preferably SAP / Dynamics 365).
