Handle Selling products or services to customers B2B to achieve sales targets within schedule.
Negotiate trading conditions, advice, and consultation to customers, including solving problems Presales and after sales.
Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products.
Understanding in SAP and POS usage, workflow, and policies (discounts, warranties, exchange limits and return limits)
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media.
Serve all customers B2B from possible channels such as Call-In, and social media have B2B potential customers.
Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time.
Collection of payment using the store point of sale system and manages financial transactions.
Create Daily Sales and Daily stock records, Weekly reports with sales and financial data.
Create a customer B2B database for relationship building such as birthday wish message or birthday gift, and Activities or workshop interested and maintain relationships with customers.
Supervise product display, labeling, inventory, and inventory management.
Provide customers with quotations.
Gather Feedback from customers or prospective customers and share with Showroom Manager and Merchandiser Manager.
Other works as assigned by Showroom Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the home decoration or interior design industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
