Assistant Manager, Distributor Development

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data of sell-in sell-out, include distribution coverage, number of salesman, effective call, successful call, etc. (Have the ability will be special consider)
• Manage and strengthen the business partnership with distributors to ensure the distributor operations are efficient and effective;
• Support in development of field sales and category channel plans.
• Ensure distributors are performing their roles and achieving KPI target.
• Ensure correct coverage plan and sales targetof Sales teams.
• Monitoring and analysis daily sales such as distribution, daily sell out, SKU etc.
• Sales data analysis and support data as per request.
• Improve data accuracy.
• Improve and maintain the operating system and software system with IT.
• Provide and prepare sales report.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Experiences in area sales management, sales capability or related fields in FMCG for at least 3 years.
• Ability to travel nationwide
• Data analysis ability, interpret data and turn into action plan for sales team especially for TT channel
• Solid stakeholder management with good interpersonal skill
• Team management ability
• Strong communication and sales skills
