Analyze data of sell-in sell-out, include distribution coverage, number of salesman, effective call, successful call, etc. (Have the ability will be special consider)
Manage and strengthen the business partnership with distributors to ensure the distributor operations are efficient and effective;
Support in development of field sales and category channel plans.
Ensure distributors are performing their roles and achieving KPI target.
Ensure correct coverage plan and sales targetof Sales teams.
Monitoring and analysis daily sales such as distribution, daily sell out, SKU etc.
Sales data analysis and support data as per request.
Improve data accuracy.
Improve and maintain the operating system and software system with IT.
Provide and prepare sales report.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Experiences in area sales management, sales capability or related fields in FMCG for at least 3 years.
Ability to travel nationwide
Data analysis ability, interpret data and turn into action plan for sales team especially for TT channel
Solid stakeholder management with good interpersonal skill
