About the job

• Ensure all contracts are properly documented.
• Provide accurate service performance, and profitability report for both actual and future outlooks.
• Prepare vessel utilization report & verification of loading statistics generated in the voyage utilization.
• Prepare Accrual Report on Slot revenue & expenses to Finance department.
• Monitor and prepare vessel costing, consolidating and reporting service performance for owner meetings.
• Depending on contract requirements, reconcile the billing statement with partner prior to billing.
• Verify invoices and issue P/O in SAP.
• Identify whether the e-Price Slot Maintenance System has all the billing logic built to generate slotting and surcharges automatically. Otherwise, to prepare a billing statement for the Billing Department to raise recovery.
• Monitor sailing schedule closely and follow up for any charges incurred due to service disruption (for example port omission, delays, etc.).

Qualifications ;

• Thai nationality only.
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration/ Logistics or any related field.
• Good command of reading and writing in English (TOEIC 600 or above).
• 2-3 years of working experience in Ship container or Freight forwarder field.
