Contact and coordinate, submit requests, amend requests, prepare documents related to the company's activities as assigned with various government agencies such as the Department of Livestock Development, AAFCO, NRC, FIDEAF, EU regulation , USFDA etc.
Support information to the sales department. Provide information on food laws related to the company's activities. As requested by the sales department and product research and development department.
Follow new Policies and regulations/laws closely related to the company's activiti es, including learning and updating relevant information and laws regularly.
Process animal feed registration with the Animal Food and Drug Control Division, Department of Livestock Development, including following up on the status until the process is complete.
Follow up on the status of expiration dates for the company's various licenses and process renewals, amendments, or new requests as assigned by the company, product license registration, process registration of product in other customer, for example USA, EU , New Zealand , Australia etc.
Store documents for food registration into categories for easy searching.
Qualifications：
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Science, Animal feed production, agricultural industry or other related.
At least 3-5 years of experience in registering animal feed products or similar product.
Have communication skills with people at many levels. Have a good relationship working with the DLD.
Have knowledge in FDA Compliance/FDA registration of products, animal feed registration, submit applications for Health Certificate, Certificate of Free sales with relevant agencies such as the Department of Livestock Development etc.
Have knowledge and experience HACCP, GMP, ISO9001, Food safety.
Good skills in using MS Office computers.
Have a good personality and human relations. Have skills in planning and data analysis.
Able to solve immediate problems well and receive pressure from performing well.
