Project Manager APAC – Adhesives Consumer and Craftsmen

Your Role

• Regional Project Manager APAC, with primary focus on managing Innovations, Sourcing solutions and Cost Saving initiatives and changes of raw, packs and regulations
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to project stakeholders.
• Monitoring, reporting and management of product margins (raws relative to pricing) through collaboration with Purchasing, Operations, Pricing Management
• Build relationships and work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Production, Product Safety,
• Packaging, Purchasing, third party manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Analyze data and other process outputs to reduce variability.
• Investigate deviations using root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience managing projects, competent in Project Management, possessing the ability of starting project and seeing it through to completion with hands on and team leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Verbally communicate one-on-one and in front of groups.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Strong desire to learn new technologies, chemistries, and processes.
• Analytical skill
• Agile and Scrum certification is a plus.
• PMP certification a plus
• SAP & Project & excel management software is a plus.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
