• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including internal team members, clients, and vendors, to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and develop appropriate project documentation.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial models as required.
• Ensure procedures and policies are in place and implemented to support project implementation.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to each project.
• Make an effective presentation, illustrate complex concepts in a manner that is easy for audiences to understand.
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management in a securities firm or financial services industry
• Proven experience managing complex and large-scale projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Trello or Jira.
• Ability to manage project budgets, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
