Project Administrator (Real Estate)
Responsibilities:
• Supports business initiatives and ensures good coordination and collaboration between teams and departments both within the organization and externally to successfully achieve projects milestones and goals.
• Track project pipelines and produce real-time status reports on each project as required.
• Coordinate internally with relevant teams for construction approval requests and construction permits as per building regulations.
• Work with landlords to qualify new sites and coordinate with existing sites.
• Assist in creating feasibility reports and submit to line manager.
• Prepare relevant documents to support the leasing process in acquiring new sites as well as renewing existing locations.
• Provide reports relevant to supervisor’s requests.
• Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Business Administration or other related fields.
• Previous work experience in documentation and project support is preferred (Experience in the real estate sector is considered a bonus).
• Able to work well within a team.
• Good critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate well in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point.
• Able to meet project deadlines and manage project pipelines.
• Able to travel to visit sites in other provinces.
